Instructor Notification

At your request, DS will issue you a letter which states that you are on file with Disability Services and indicates what types of accommodations or adjustments in the class or instruction will better support your learning and/or demonstration of learning. You are encouraged to meet with your instructors early in the term if the format of lectures, classroom materials or exams makes it difficult for you to fully participate or to be successful.
